We are proud to present our new Maestro Pizzaiolo Nicola Bertolotti, a second-generation pizza-chef from Calabria, Italy. Nicola uses the best quality Italian flour to make extraordinary dough combined with imported Italian San Marzano tomatoes and uniquely crafted mozzarella cheese for a mouthwatering pizza.

Bertolotti has been working as Maestro Pizzaiolo in the best pizzerias of New York for the last 20 years.
